Giveaway terms and conditions

Promoter
This giveaway is organised and promoted by Nua Wear, based in Australia.

Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older. Employees of Nua Wear Pty Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

Giveaway Period
Entries open on 11 March 2026 and close at 11:59 PM AEST on 30 March 2026.

How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must submit their name and email address via the official giveaway landing page on the Nua website during the promotion period.

Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.

Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Lupo lingerie set available on the Nua website.

The prize:

• is not transferable

• cannot be exchanged for cash

• is subject to product availability

Nua reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar product of equal value if necessary.

Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries within 5 business days after the giveaway closes.

The winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, Nua reserves the right to select a new winner.

Use of Personal Information
By entering the giveaway, participants agree that their email address may be used by Nua to send marketing communications, including promotions, product updates and newsletters. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Nua’s Privacy Policy.

General Conditions
Nua reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its control affect the fairness or integrity of the promotion.
