How do I choose the right size for a Lupo bra?
Lupo bras don't follow traditional cup sizes - and that's by design. Our seamless construction means the fabric naturally stretches and moulds to your body, providing a comfortable, second-skin fit with the right support exactly where you need it. Simply use your standard clothing size (S–XL) and refer to our Size Guide for measurements. The seamless structure takes care of the rest.

What are Pantys?
Pantys are high-tech, washable, reusable period underwear designed to replace disposable pads and tampons. They feature quick-drying, leak-proof, breathable, and antibacterial fabrics that absorb menstrual blood, vaginal discharge, sweat, and bladder leaks — keeping you feeling dry and comfortable all day.
How do Pantys work?
Pantys use a patented, clinically approved multi-layer lining technology that locks in moisture and keeps you feeling dry. The fabrics are antibacterial, breathable, and designed to be both leak-proof and comfortable — so you can go about your day with confidence.
Can Pantys fully replace pads and tampons?
Yes! Pantys are designed to completely replace single-use pads and tampons. When wearing them for the first time (ideally at home), check every few hours to understand how long they work with your flow. Feeling damp? That's your cue to change.
Are Pantys sustainable?
Absolutely. The average woman has around 450 menstrual cycles in her lifetime — that's approximately 12,000 single-use products, which take 500 years to decompose. Pantys are reusable, carbon neutral, and made with biodegradable fabrics that decompose in just 3 years.
How do I wash my Pantys?
Treat them like your favourite delicates! With proper care, Pantys maintain their full antibacterial and absorbent functionality for an average of 100 washes (approximately 4 years).
Important: Never use bleach, fabric softener, or any product containing those ingredients — they damage the waterproof layer. Use a mild soap or detergent (natural or biodegradable is a bonus!).
Hand washing: Soak in cold to warm water for up to 30 minutes, then wash normally, rubbing and squeezing the lining to clean thoroughly.
Machine washing: First rinse with tepid water to remove excess flow. Place in a washing bag and select the delicate/gentle cycle. Fine to wash with other delicates.
Drying: Air dry only — indoors or outdoors (sun or shade are both fine). Never tumble dry or iron.

Australia: Free on orders over $80 AUD. Flat standard and express rates apply for orders under $80 AUD.
International (Europe, North America & New Zealand): Shipping rates range from $16.90–$39.90 AUD depending on your location and order size/weight.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location. Your order will be dispatched 1-2 business days after purchase. You'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its journey.

How should I wash my Lupo underwear?

- Do not iron directly on the fabric
